The following terms and conditions of sale and delivery apply to all deliveries from dantoy.dk.

Prices and Payment

All prices on dantoy.dk (https://dantoy.dk) include VAT.

Business customers may choose invoice as a payment method, provided the company is approved for credit. This allows goods to be received immediately and paid for within an agreed period.

To shop on dantoy.dk, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment card accepted by us. If you are under 18, you can only purchase items with the consent of a guardian or if you have the legal right to enter the purchase agreement.

• Bank Transfer

No fee is charged for using standard payment cards. For corporate cards or certain foreign cards (issued outside the EU/EEA), a fee is charged depending on the card type.

In the case of bank transfer, you as the buyer are not covered by the Objection Scheme. Therefore, we recommend paying with a credit card when shopping online.

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Payment will only be processed when we dispatch the item.

For payment with an EAN number, please contact our customer service at [email protected]. This payment option is only available in Denmark.

We reserve the right for technical errors, typographical errors, sold-out items, price changes from suppliers, and changes in Danish VAT and taxes.

Reservation of Amount

When paying with international payment cards, the amount is reserved immediately. The reservation is valid for a maximum of 7 business days or until:

• We charge the amount when dispatching the item
• The funds are released according to an agreement with your card issuer

This applies to Mastercard and VISA.

Shipping

Right of Withdrawal

dantoy.dk provides a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your items. If you purchase multiple items in the same order but with different delivery times, the period starts from the receipt of the last item.

1. Notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt.
2. Pack the item in its original packaging.
3. Ensure the item is unused and shows no signs of wear, stains, damage, or odors.
4. Securely package the item for shipment. Do not use the original packaging as shipping packaging.
5. Use the provided return label if available.

Note: Refusing to accept the item without notifying us does not constitute use of the right of withdrawal.

Partial Return of a Purchase

You may return one or more items from a combined order. In case of partial returns, shipping costs are not refunded.

Returns

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item. Send return notice to [email protected] with the following information:

You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which is expected to be no more than 70 DKK. You can choose to receive a return label or arrange for return shipping yourself. You are liable for any damage during transport due to improper packaging.

Condition of the Item upon Return

If the item has lost value due to handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and function of the item, you may only receive a partial refund. In some cases, this may mean you only get the shipping costs refunded.

We recommend returning the item in its original packaging to avoid depreciation.

Refund of Purchase Amount

In case of withdrawal, we refund all payments, including delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method), within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received and processed the returned item.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Warranty

As a consumer, you have a 24-month warranty under the Purchase Act.

In case of a complaint, contact [email protected] as soon as possible. We will respond within 2-3 business days.

If your complaint is justified, you may have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation.

Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after you discover the defect. Complaints within two months of discovering the defect are always timely.

You can generally only complain about defects that appear within two years of delivery. For items with a limited shelf life, the stated shelf life applies.

In the case of a justified complaint, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. Always return items in secure packaging and obtain a receipt for shipment.
